I have just started with the program and have started seeing positive difference already. This program is less gruelling than what I was already doing, yet delvers superior results. I guess it helps one train smarter. For people like me who has a full time job with an adorable toddler, struggling to strike a balance between family, work, martial arts and social obligations, this is a must have program. Prior to having this program, I was bewildered as to how to fine tune the fitness attributes for my martial arts. Should I lift more or should I do more of cardio or is it that martial arts drills that matters or the agility exercises. That too with a limited time at disposal. This program took everything into account and created an effective plan with everything baked into it. One thing though….you may still want to add maxial strength routine on top of what this book already covers.
