Before proceeding onto this Advanced Level of my Ninja 300 Workout, make sure you have successfully completed the Level 1 Warm-up and the Level 2 Intermediate Workout!
The Ninja 300 – Advanced Level Workout
Begin with my Warrior Breathing 60 Second Warm-up….
The Workout
1. Cossack Squats x 30
2. Bujinkan Flow Drills (Sanshin + Ukemi) x 25 (5 each)
3. Rolling Frog Press x 20
4. 6 Directional Leaping x 5 (Leap left/right, forward/backward, up/down = 1 rep)
5. Knife Push-ups x 20
*** Repeat the entire sequence 3 x’s AFAP (as fast as possible) with excellent form. Let me know how you did! Post your time below!!
