The Ninja 300 – Next Level

Did you do the basic level of my Ninja 300 Warm-up?  How did you like it?  I’ve had several positive responses to the basic version, along with requests for the next level, so here you go!

Ninja 300 – Intermediate

This one is a bit more challenging than the last version.  It my be more like a workout rather than a warm-up!

Begin with Ninja Kokyuho (breathing methods):

The Workout:

  • Alternating Ichimonji Tsuki (leap in place to change sides) x 25
  • Rock Up Deck Squat x 25
  • Alternating Hicho No Kata (change sides in place every rep) x 20
  • Yoko Nagare (side roll) Left + Yoko Nagare Right + Burpee x 20
  • Arrow Push-ups x 10

Repeat the sequence 3 x’s AFAP (as fast as possible) with excellent form!

Check out the tutorial for Arrow Push-ups here…
