Does A Hurricane Close Warrior Fitness Gym?

Well, in a word – yes.  Yes, it does.  But just because the gym is closed it doesn’t mean you Warriors are off the hook from working out today! 

And since most businesses and schools are closed today and tomorrow too, you have plenty of time to get in a session.  So, after making sure your bathtubs are filled with water, flashlights are in proper working order, and you have plenty of food for the duration, check out this quick Warrior Bodyweight Workout!

Check out this Warm-up video I did for VX Sport Athletes:

 

1) Burpees – 50

2a) Push-up Medley – 5 x 15 (change hand position each set)

2b) Squat Jumps – 5 x 10

3a) Dips – 3 x 10

3b) Alternating Jump Lunges – 3 x 10/10

Core Work: Knees to Chest (15), Russian Twists (15), Leg Raises (15) – repeat entire sequence 3 times.
