I had a very interesting conversation the other day with an elderly Chinese gentleman. At 74 years young he still works part-time as a medical doctor and is in excellent health. He told me that back in 1982 in China he was diagnosed with a very severe lung problem, which was slowly reducing his breathing capacity. The doctor at the time gave him only 3 months to live!! I looked at him in amazement and said- “Well, obviously you are still alive and in good health, so what happened?”
He fixed me with a serious look and said – “I started doing Qigong, breathing exercises every day. The exercises increased my lung capacity and saved my life. I am now 74 years old and continue to do my breathing exercises every morning. There is nothing better for your health!”
