We got brand new t-shirts the other day here at Warrior Fitness Gym.  Here’s how to win one FREE!

  1. Create a video of how you train Warrior Fitness Style. 
  2. Put it up on Youtube.
  3. Title it, “Warrior Fitness Gym T-Shirt Contest“
  4. Post the video on my Facebook Page or in the Comments section below

All videos must be received by Midnight on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 Friday, November 2, 2012!

Jon Haas, "The Warrior Coach" has been training in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu for more than 25 years and is currently ranked as a Kudan (9th degree black belt) under Jack Hoban Shihan. He has also trained in Okinawan Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Russian Systema, BJJ, Krav Maga, as well as Internal Martial Arts of Yiquan and Aiki.He is a certified Underground Strength Coach-Level 2, a certified Personal Trainer as well as founder of Warrior Fitness Training Systems. In 2008, Jon wrote the book, Warrior Fitness: Conditioning for Martial Arts, and since then has created numerous other online training and coaching programs helping people around the world become the strongest, most capable versions of themselves!

    I just love your ideas and enthusisam.Wish I could make a copy of my “stealth swimmers”during training,but until we get some to shoot an IR video clip as well as finding someone willing to join us at 0430 hrs on a Saturday…it ain’t gonna happen.What’s the price of a T-shirt plus postage?I need a size X-large and sent to the following address:
