Hello USA VXers,
Jon Haas is kindly hosting us again for a VX Open Event on January 26th.  I would like to invite you to come down and show your support in this great venture of sport, fitness, education and ethics. Anyone interested in watching, learning or playing VX is welcome to drop in and visit Warrior Fitness Gym throughout the day.  You can ask questions, join in, get to know who is who in VX USA, and even get involved in the future of this great new sport. Budding journalists and photographers are also welcome.
Players and coaches are requested to come down by 10am for a group warmup and a day of practice followed by a mini tournament.
Quite possibly some fish n chips at ‘The Battered Tartan’ will be required afterwards.  We will also be filming some of the event as part of our upcoming promotional material.  So make sure you look the part and bring your ‘A’ game! Please REMEMBER that we are trying to put together a team representing the UNITED STATES of AMERICA in 2013.  This is not a trial day, but certainly make sure you do your best to make a name for yourself and get recognized as a candidate.

Jon Haas, "The Warrior Coach" has been training in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu for more than 25 years and is currently ranked as a Kudan (9th degree black belt) under Jack Hoban Shihan. He has also trained in Okinawan Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Russian Systema, BJJ, Krav Maga, as well as Internal Martial Arts of Yiquan and Aiki.He is a certified Underground Strength Coach-Level 2, a certified Personal Trainer as well as founder of Warrior Fitness Training Systems. In 2008, Jon wrote the book, Warrior Fitness: Conditioning for Martial Arts, and since then has created numerous other online training and coaching programs helping people around the world become the strongest, most capable versions of themselves!
