How to Avoid Ankle Injuries

How many people do you know just in your own circle of friends and family who have broken, sprained, or otherwise injured their ankle(s)? A pretty significant amount of people, right?

Ankle injuries happen because most people, including athletes and martial artists, do not train their movements outside the typical range of motion of their sport of activity.  Here is a short video tutorial where I show you how to improve your ankle mobility and then add load to that mobility in order to train and build strength in a compromised range of motion.

Additionally, make sure you watch my video on Ninja Walking.  This will teach you how to modify your walking pattern to improve balance, leg strength, and knee health.
