Jon Haas, “The Warrior Coach” has been training in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu for more than 25 years and is currently ranked as a Kudan (9th degree black belt) under Jack Hoban Shidoshi. He has also trained in Okinawan Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Russian Systema, BJJ, Krav Maga, as well as Internal Martial Arts of Yiquan and Aiki.

He is also a certified Underground Strength Coach-Level 2, an ACE and FMS certified Personal Trainer and the founder of Warrior Fitness Training Systems. In 2008, Jon wrote the book, Warrior Fitness: Conditioning for Martial Arts, and since then has created numerous other online training and coaching programs helping people around the world become the strongest, most capable versions of themselves!

Q: When does the program start?

The program is starts on Friday, January 3, 2020. You can click here to sign up.

Remember - This is an online program so you can participate from ANYWHERE in the world!

Each week you will receive an email with the training instructions (complete with detailed video breakdowns of every exercise and written plans), along with nutritional guidance, mindset and motivation for that week. You have complete 24/7 access to me for questions and support over email for the duration of the program.ALL materials will also be posted in my Private Facebook Group that you will gain access to when you sign up for the program.

Remember - this is a 6 week long program.

Q: What type of equipment do I need?

The majority of the program is bodyweight based, but you will need a resistance band and access to dumbbells and/or kettlebells.

Q: I am a complete novice to fitness, will this program work for me?

Yes. You will be able to modify the workouts, but they will be challenging by design.

Q: I am recovering from an illness or injury, can I participate?

Yes, as long as you have your doctor or medical professional's clearance to exercise. And see above. 🙂

Q: What type of results can I expect?

A: Nope. Not at all. As I mentioned above all the materials will be posted in the FB group and emailed to you each week. Work at your own pace. Train when it is appropriate for your schedule.
