Warrior Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Period. Our programs employ several different old school fitness methods and cutting edge protocols combined to do one thing – get RESULTS fast! Exercises are selected to train the whole body in multiple planes of movement – life happens in 3 dimensions, so should your training!

Our programs are scalable to your current fitness level, no matter what it is – from complete fitness novice to elite athlete, and everyone in between. Classes are
designed to challenge your limits and push slightly beyond.
Prehab and recovery are built into each class in the form of joint mobility, breathing exercises, and yoga asana (postures) as compensatory movements to minimize chance of injury and keep results coming!

Bujinkan Martial Arts Program
The Bujinkan system is comprised of nine different traditional Japanese martial art schools:

- Togakure Ryu Ninpo
- Gyokko Ryu Koshijutsu
- Kuki Shinden Ryu Happo Hiken
- Koto Ryu Koppojutsu
- Gikan Ryu Koppo
- Shinden Fudo Ryu Dakentaijutsu
- Gyokushin Ryu Ninpo
- Kumogakure Ryu Ninjutsu
- Takagi Yoshin Ryu Jutaijutsu
Each of the above schools includes: striking, kicking, grappling, escaping, and weapons systems. Bujinkan martial arts are not sport martial arts, so there are no formal competitions or tournaments. Ranks are awarded when the student demonstrates competency and an appropriate level of commitment.

- Junan Taiso conditioning and flexibility exercises
- Ukemi injury prevention
- San shin no kata exercises for developing a strong body and clear spirit
- Kihon Happo fighting scenarios
- Kata advanced fighting scenarios from the different ryu-ha
- Henka fight variations
- Budogu martial art fighting tools:
- bojutsu stick-fighting (including, hanbo, jo, rokushakubo, yari, and naginata/bisento)
- tantojutsu and kenjutsu blade-fighting
- kusari-fundojutsu flexible weapons-fighting
Little Warriors Martial Arts Program
The Little Warriors Martial Arts program is for children 5 years old and over. It is based on the curriculum and practices described above for the Bujinkan Martial Arts program and focused on teaching your child effective self protection, protecting others, along with strong values, morals, and leadership. Physical fitness will be a high priority throughout the lesson as they run, jump, crawl, and learn how to safely roll and fall.
