       I love your personal insights into your training program.I&#039;m sure everyone goes through training modification from time to time.I was thinking of hitting the mountain bike this morning,decided to sleep in a bit and I&#039;ve opted for a 3-mile ruck march instead.
   I&#039;m trying to design a training session that will add more upper body strength to my climbing sessions.I&#039;ll keep you posted.Take care!
