Great article Tony. I'm going to pass this along to a few people. I hear people all the time complaining about how this body part hurts, or how they can't do that anymore. They just chalk it up to old age and think there's nothing they can do about it. Alot of these people are my age, or sometimes younger. They never even think about doing any kind of workout, stretching, or anything else that might actually benefit their bodies. When I mention a workout to them they look at me and say, "I'm too old for that now". One of the biggest eye openers from my trip to Japan was how many older people were working out. They were in the parks, gyms, and studying Martial Arts. To see an entire Martial Arts class of about 60 women all around the ages of 50 to 80 blew me away. To see people coming out of work to spend their lunch breaks in the parks was amazing. Americans have alot to learn about taking care of their bodies. Thanks to you and Jon for the great tips!!
